We’ve curated many of our favorite attractions below that are all within an hour of Walnut. We’re also less than five hours from Kings Canyon National Park, Sequoia National Park, Joshua Tree National Park and Death Valley National Park.

Six Flags Magic Mountain is only 30 minutes from Walnut RV Park. It’s a popular attraction for many of our guests looking for a great day of fun for the entire family.
Super Bowl LXI
Los Angeles will host the 61st Super Bowl in SoFi stadium February 14, 2027. There will also be watch parties and events around Los Angeles leading up to the Super Bowl. People from across the country will gather here and Walnut RV Park will definitely have a watch party.
2026 FIFA World Cup
Los Angeles is a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The stadium is less than an hour from Walnut RV Park. Get your tickets soon and contact our team about reserving your spot ahead of time.
Universal Studios
We’re less than a half an hour away from the fantastic Universal Studios.
2028 Summer Olympics

Walnut RV Park Heated Pool
We think our pool deserves a mention as one of the attractions in the area because our guests love it. You can relax, escape the heat or sit in the sun, watch your kids swim, meet other campers, or enjoy a book in the hammock.
Peterson Car Museum
Peterson car museum is a favorite destination for our guests who like to marvel at something other than their RV engines.
Griffith Observatory
The best view of the Hollywood sign is a mere 40 minutes from the park. You must visit the Griffith Observatory for the free views and free astronomy lessons.
La Brea Tar Pits
Visit the La Brea Tar Pits from Walnut RV Park before they close on July 7, 2026 for a 2-year renovation.
Santa Monica Pier
Santa Monica Pier brings you back in time to street carnivals and cotton candy. Enjoy a day in the sun, ride the ferris wheel, and admire the view.
