Griffith Observatory

Griffith Observatory is a must visit in Los Angeles. It’s been operating since 1935 and is free to the public. You can look through telescopes, take a picnic to watch the sunset, and get the best view of the Hollywood Sign.

It’s about a 40-minute drive to the Observatory from Walnut RV Park. There is parking on-site. Be sure to check their website for the latest special events and not that they are closed on Mondays.
